Omna-Auto Inc was a Seattle Washington Company that built a truck kit for a VW bug. It appears to be the same kit (or close) to a Domus Flatback

The veebird was a kit car that was designed to resemble a 57 ford tbird, but was build using a standard VW Bug Chassis. It was built by a Colorado Springs, Co company.
